Job Overview:
WowWaves is seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. - Develop a thorough understanding of WowWaves' products, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, escalating complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
- Continuously update and expand product knowledge and stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry.
- Contribute to the development of customer support policies, procedures, and resources to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for fashion, design, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
