Shipping policy

We strive to get your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of our inventory.

We dispatch 95% of orders within 2-3 days, and delivery within India typically takes 4-6 days. We ship to all pin codes within India, and also offer international shipping at an additional cost.

Processing Time: Our processing time is typically 1-2 business days for all orders. This time frame may be extended during peak shopping seasons or due to unexpected delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We work with third party couriers companies like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, ECom Express and Software Solutions like Shiprocket etc for our logistics operations.

International Shipping: International shipment to certain countries may attract extra customs duty from customers, which has to be borne by your customers.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your package. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. Please note that additional charges may apply for remote areas that can only be served through India Post.

COD Orders: If you choose the COD option at checkout, please have the exact amount ready for the delivery person. We cannot guarantee that our delivery person will have change available.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
