At WowWaves, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. We have a flexible return and refund policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. Please email our customer care executive at Care@wowwaves.com with your complete order details and issues to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. The product should be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (including underwear and swimwear)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Covid 19 masks

Exchange Policy:

If you have a size or fitting issue, you can exchange the product within 15 days of delivery. To initiate the exchange process, please email our customer care executive at Care@wowwaves.com with your complete order details and issues.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. The product should be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Replacement Policy:

We provide a 100% replacement guarantee for defective or wrong products. If you receive a defective or wrong product, please email our customer care executive at Care@wowwaves.com with your complete order details and issues within 15 days of delivery.

Cancellation of Orders:

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Please email our customer care executive at Care@wowwaves.com with your order ID to initiate the cancellation process.

If the product has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order. If you want to edit your order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to Care@WowWaves.com.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of delivery of defective products, please email our customer support executives at Care@wowwaves.com within 72 hours of delivery with the details of the order, nature of issues, and photographs of the defective product.

All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment. Please note that the applicable shipping and COD delivery charges shall not be refunded to you.

For COD orders, refunds are not applicable. You can either opt for immediate replacement or take store credits.
