Delivery and Return

Delivery:

• Our products are typically delivered within 3-4 working days to metro cities and 5-7 days to non-metro cities within India.
• You will receive the tracking ID for your order within two working days of placing the order.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to return the item, you need to raise a return request after receiving it.

Return & Exchange:

• We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• However, please note that we do not accept returns for certain items like gift cards, intimate apparel (including underwear and swimwear), custom or personalized items, and COVID-19 masks.
• We provide a 100% replacement guarantee for defective or wrong products.
• In genuine cases of delivery of defective products where we are unable to send you a new product due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer refunds.
