We understand that our users may want to delete their accounts for various reasons. If you have decided to delete your account, we are here to assist you in the process.

To initiate the account deletion process, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1 - Send a mail from your registered mail id to "care@wowwaves.com". 
  • Step 2- Send a formal request in given below format "Deletion of Personal Information Associated with E-mail ID"
  • Step 3- We delete your account and confirm you back.

IMPACT

Please note that once you delete your account, you will no longer be able to access any of the information associated with your account. Additionally, any information that you have shared with us will be deleted from our database and cannot be recovered.

Subject: Request for Deletion of Personal Information Associated with My E-mail ID

Dear WowWaves Team,

I am writing to request the deletion of all personal information associated with my e-mail ID from your organization's database. My e-mail ID is [insert your e-mail ID here].

I understand that as a user of your services, I have provided some personal information to your organization. However, I no longer wish to have my personal information stored in your database. Therefore, I kindly request that you delete all my personal information from your database and any other associated systems.

By submitting an account deletion request, I understand that:

  1. My account will be permanently deleted from the system and I will no longer have access to any information associated with my account.
  2. Any content or data that I have shared with the platform will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  3. The deletion of my account is irreversible, and I will not be able to restore my account or any associated data after deletion.

Declaration for Account Deletion:

I hereby declare that I wish to delete my account from the system permanently. I understand the consequences of this action and confirm that I have taken all necessary steps to backup or retrieve any important data or information before submitting this request.

I also acknowledge that the platform is not responsible for any loss of data or information resulting from my account deletion. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions related to account deletion and agree to comply with them.
